  This place is a TOTAL scam artist , sham artist joint. First they will reel you in with some artificial kindness and false promises- then they will start to nickel and dime you. They will also suggest work that doesn’t need to be done. In addition, they will avoid giving you a straight answer when you confront them. Do yourself a favor and find a better & more honest dental office.

  I recently went in, as a new patient, to Chesterland Family Dental and was blown away by how friendly the staff is! They got me in right away, no waiting in the waiting room! Every single staff member was so welcoming, it felt as if I had been going there for years. They explained everything they were doing to my teeth as they were doing it, and gave me helpful tips along the way! Not to mention they are super gentle with my teeth, which is very important when finding a good dentist! They went above and beyond to get me what I needed same day and did excellent work! I can't say enough about Dr. Bri and the staff - 5 stars!! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new Dentist!
